About Uncharted
Uncharted exists to solve a specific problem: documenting casualty care and handing off patients in environments where connectivity, time, and resources are scarce. The company was founded through a collaboration between a former U.S. Special Forces Soldier and a principal software engineer, and the result is an offline-first mobile application for pre-hospital and prolonged field care. It maintains a complete casualty record from point of injury through handoff, including MIST intake, serial vitals, tourniquet timing, medications, labs, photographs, and audio notes.
What comes next
The founders view this as the first step toward a broader platform for pre-hospital medical charting, with in-app AI charting assistance and clinical decision support as the next stage of development.
