- Does the app need connectivity to work?
- Activation is a one-time step. After that, every feature — documentation, timers, photos, PDF export — works with zero connectivity. The app assumes no network at any point in the field.
- How many devices can one license cover?
- Each license activates on up to three devices, so a phone, a backup phone, and a tablet are covered by a single seat.
- How does enterprise licensing work?
- Your admin purchases seats and generates license codes from the dashboard. Medics redeem a code inside the app — no accounts, no rosters to sync. Devices can be deactivated and seats reassigned at any time.
- Is patient data stored on your servers?
- No. PHI never leaves the device — there is no cloud sync and no telemetry on patient data. The licensing portal only handles seats, codes, and billing.
- Can we procure via purchase order?
- Yes. Enterprise licensing supports invoice and PO-based procurement. Contact us and we will walk it through your process.
