- Do I need to create an account?
- No. Checkout runs entirely through Stripe — your license arrives by email and you redeem it inside the app. There is no portal account or roster to manage.
- What if I lose the activation code?
- The on-screen activation code works once and expires after 24 hours, but the permanent license code emailed to you covers reinstalls and additional devices. Keep that one.
- How many devices does one subscription cover?
- Up to three — a phone, a backup phone, and a tablet or computer are all covered by a single subscription.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you keep every record you’ve documented — the data lives on your device, not our servers.
